Delivery

Tickets will be posted directly to the address used for booking during the week prior to the performance. 

Booking for children

Regrettably children under the age of 3 years will not be permitted entry to the Theatre. Children aged 3 and above MUST have a ticket and take a seat.

Photography and Recording at the Theatre

Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium.

DISABLED SEATING & ACCESS INFORMATION

To ensure that any patrons with access requirements are able to book the seats that best suit their needs, we hold back wheelchair spaces and an accompanying number of seats from going onto general sale when ticket booking opens. This ensures that patrons requiring a wheelchair space can book exactly the seat they need, and also have their friends and family nearby.

Please read on below for further access information specific to the theatres:

Seating:
Three spaces for wheelchair users in Row R: R10, R11 and R12, and two space in Row N: N13, and N14, (these spaces will not go on general sale - to book these seats, you will need to get in contact with PQA HQ by emailing productions@pqacademy.com or calling 02080 178489 who will book these for you). Transfer seating available to any aisle seat in the Stalls. An usher will be assigned to disabled theatregoers. Customers with mobility problems are advised to book stalls seats.

Access into the Theatre
Level access into the foyer through the centre doors and through two sets of swing doors. Box Office counter on the right-hand side. Staircases have handrails on both sides and some steps are highlighted. Stalls are 22 steps down from the foyer, through the Stalls Bar then 18 steps up; Royal Circle up 32; Grand Circle up 62 and Balcony up 89. 2 steep steps between rows in the Circles. 

Access to Refreshment Areas:
22 steps down to the Stalls bar, 32 to the Royal Circle bar and 62 to the Grand Circle bar. All have moveable seats. Drinks may be brought to disabled customers in the auditorium in plastic cups.

Toilet Facilities: 
Adapted toilet on the left inside entrance on Charles II Street. Women's and Men's at the rear Stalls, at the back of the Royal Circle and at the back of the Grand Circle.

Assistance for Deaf and Hearing Impaired:
Infra-red system with headsets. Induction loop at Box Office. Headsets can be collected from the cloakroom adjacent to Stalls bar.

Guide and Hearing Dogs:
Access dogs are allowed inside the auditorium. Staff can also dog-sit for four dogs per performance in the Manager's office.
