Membership Fees

Our fees include both membership and tuition, and we’re delighted to provide your child with their very first PQA T-Shirt free of charge too!


Membership fees are paid via Direct Debit in equal monthly instalments across the year, rather than only during term time. This means payments continue during for families while also securing your child’s place at the academy. As fees are membership-based, refunds cannot be issued for non-attendance. 


We also offer a 25% sibling discount for all siblings of a Main Academy student. Please note that sibling discounts are not available for Poppets students.

Your PQA Membership

Your PQA Membership

There is a minimum membership period of two months, and we simply ask for four weeks’ notice should you wish to cancel your membership. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.


For added peace of mind, our academies offer a free session for both Main Academy and Poppets students, giving your child the opportunity to experience PQA before joining. Free sessions can be booked through your 
local academy page.

Term Dates

PQA operates for 41 weeks across the academic year, with term dates designed to align with UK school terms. Each term brings something new and exciting, with students taking part in different projects, performances and 
creative opportunities throughout the year. 


To find out what your local academy is currently working on, or to see what projects are coming up, simply visit the ‘Academy Notices and Projects’ section on your local academy’s webpage, or reach out directly to the academy 
Principal for more information. 


Term dates can also be found on your local academy 
webpage, and for existing members, all session and term 
dates are also available within the Parent Portal.

The PQA Parent Portal

The PQA Parent Portal

Following your free session, you will receive an email with a link to the PQA Parent Portal, where you can enrol and manage your membership account.

From the Sign In page, simply select ‘Sign Up Now’ and enter the 
same email address used to book your free session. A verification code will then be sent to you, allowing you to create your password and set up your Parent Portal account. Once logged in, you’ll also be able to complete 
your Direct Debit instruction.
