Beth Greenlaw - Principal PQA Thanet

Passionate about performing arts training for children and young people.

Beth has forged a successful performing arts career as an actor, director and teacher. Trained at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, Beth worked extensively in plays and musicals worldwide for many years, including a spell as lead vocalist/resident director on some of the world's leading cruise lines.

Beth furthered her training at LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) gaining a Licence and Diploma in Speech and Drama and has taught at schools, performing arts colleges and universities in the UK and abroad. In 2004 Beth became the founding principal of a large theatre school in the Canary Islands where she was responsible for the introduction of LAMDA examinations to the region. In addition to the vast amount of shows and performances undertaken by the school, she also ran a professional theatre company creating musical theatre shows on the island of Tenerife before relocating to Kent in 2009. Many of Beth’s students have successfully gained places at top drama schools, universities, become members of the National Youth Theatre and have their own successful performing careers both as child and adult performers.
