PQA Milton Keynes is a weekend performing arts school for children, offering performing arts sessions every Saturday morning and afternoon at Oakgrove School.
Our weekly sessions include Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre and Film & Television for children and young people aged 4-18. At PQA Milton Keynes, we are devoted to delivering first-class performing arts sessions giving children the best environment to learn new skills, make long lasting friends, build self-belief, all in a safe, supportive, welcoming and friendly space while they learn all things performing arts.
The best part, there is no need to pick just one class, PQA's weekly three-hour sessions explore:
• Comedy & Drama class: your child will learn creative play, Improv and scriptwriting
• Musical Theatre class: your child will learn to sing, dance and act for theatre
• Film & Television class: your child will start to storyboard, screenwrite, film and act for television
Managed by Principals Martin and Di and a superb team of teachers, we're passionate about what we do, and we strongly believe that the important life skills your child learns at PQA - like confidence, resilience and communication - which will stay with them throughout their lifetime.
PQA also offers kids the opportunity to explore all corners of the performing arts industry. Our team of industry professionals are here to empower, guide and support your child on whichever path they choose, from Comedy and Drama, to Musical Theatre or Television and Film. Whether that be performing on-stage at His Majesty's Theatre in the West End to seeing your child's latest Film & TV work on the big screen - there's something for everyone at PQA. Check out the exciting things we have coming up at PQA Milton Keynes.

With a love of theatre and the performing arts for over 20 years, it is a real privilege to teach at PQA, which for me, is somewhat a dream. Since teaching for PQA, I have been able to direct and produce productions including: 'Bugsy Malone'; 'Scrooge' and write a number of productions such as 'Around the World in 5 days' and 'Murder at PQA Manor' (a murder mystery based on Cluedo characters).
