PQA Ipswich offers a vibrant space where young people aged 4-18 can explore their creativity through Comedy & Drama, Musical Theatre, and Film & Television.
PQA Ipswich has been nurturing young talent since opening its doors on 3rd October 2015. Since then, we’ve grown significantly, with over 140 young people joining our academy to explore the world of performing arts. With each passing year, we’ve continued to expand our students’ opportunities, from performing our tailor-made musical at The Jerwood Dance House to achieving distinctions in our Musical Theatre exams and hosting cinema screenings at IFT.
One of the highlights of our journey was when one of our short films was awarded at the PQA Film Festival and aired in London's Leicester Square. We provide regular opportunities for our students to share their creative achievements, whether through class performances, film screenings, or collaborative projects, allowing them to gain valuable feedback and experience. These project-based learning experiences help our students build confidence, develop their skills, and celebrate their creative journeys.
At PQA Ipswich, we focus on empowering our students with confidence and creativity through performance-based learning. Whether it’s on stage, behind the camera, or in front of a screen, our students are constantly encouraged to excel and showcase their skills. Join us and be part of a growing academy where achievement and creativity go hand in hand.
We would love to invite you to a free taster session to experience the energy, excitement, and support that make PQA Ipswich a special place for every young performer.
Please check our class availability and book your free session.
