At PQA Abingdon, we’re passionate about delivering first-class performing arts sessions giving children the space to learn new skills, make friends, build self-belief in a safe and welcoming environment while they explore the world of performing arts.

In addition to the exciting opportunities available at PQA, we also offer kids the opportunity to delve into other creative aspects of the performing arts industry. Our team of industry professionals are here to help, guide and nurture your child on whichever path they choose – Comedy and Drama, Musical Theatre or Television and Film. We’re passionate about what we do, and we strongly believe that the important life skills your child gains at PQA – like confidence, resilience and communication – will stick with them throughout life.

We’re located at Europa School UK which is between Abingdon and Didcot and is a brilliant venue with a wide variety of facilities available to us including a Dance Studio, Drama Studio and Hall.

We welcome children and teens to try our performing arts classes by attending a full session at no charge. Come along and discover what makes PQA so unique, meet the team and join in the fun!

Your academy Principal will let you know how to become a member after your free session. Your child’s place is held for a few days after your session, giving you time to decide if PQA is the right choice for your child.

Hi, I'm Andrea Lynette-Young, and I am thrilled to be the Principal of PQA Bury. I am so excited to open PQA Bury as I have been the Principal of PQA Eastleigh, down in Southampton, since 2015. Recently I decided it was time to return to my roots in the North West and bring the fantastic Pauline Quirke Academy to the young people of Bury!
