PQA Wolverhampton charity fundraiser
PQA Wolverhampton students are preparing for their performance at a huge charity fundraiser for Compton Hospice Wolverhampton, a terminal care hospice in the town.
Compton in the Park on June 28th is a fun family day in Wolverhampton’s West Park with events, fairground, bands and many other exciting ways to fill the day which last year drew over 5000 people.
PQA will be running the Strictly Quirky Dancing event, open to all it is a dance competition with great prizes and a massive fun element to it. Students of the Academy will be performing before the competition to demonstrate their skills and to demonstrate what is required.
Special guest judge for the competition is Gemma Naylor, co presenter of Nickelodeon’s Go Go Go childrens program. Gemma will be judge for the competition and then meet students after to chat and share stories.
This is an incredible event and one that is for an extremely important cause. We hope that there will be a huge turnout again this year.
