PQA Stockport perform with G4

On Wednesday 15th December the Christmas spirit was well and truly in the hearts of our PQA students as several of them took to the stage at The Manchester Monastery to perform with the INCREDIBLE vocal harmony group, G4!

Our students spent a few weeks at the academy rehearsing their songs and the harmonies they would sing in back-up to G4, before giving a FANTASTIC performance. They had the audience clapping and singing along or wiping a tear from the emotion that arose from listening to the beautiful young voices!

Singing with G4 as part of their UK Christmas tour has become somewhat of a tradition for our PQA’ers and never fails to get us all in the Christmas spirit. We were sad that restrictions for Christmas 2020 meant there was no tour to be a part of but this made Wednesday even more of a special event. To be back on the stage with the welcoming and wonderful group gave us all some much-needed joy, for both the audience and students alike.

To be invited to perform with professional singers on their tour is an honour we will always be grateful for, the experience our students get is truly humbling and we are so excited for further opportunities in the future!

If you have a child between the ages of 6-18 who would love to be involved in PQA and take part in all the wonderful experiences we offer, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to book a FREE taster session today.

Coming up for our PQA students is another UK tour we are taking part in with ‘The Opera Boys’, and we will be heading to the West End where our students will be performing and staring in their very own show at The Shaftesbury Theatre! So exciting!

PQA really is the place to be, and spaces are limited so don’t delay in booking your free taster session for the new year.

To all those reading, enjoy the holidays, and as our students sang ‘Have yourself a merry little Christmas’

Be Yourself! Be Amazing!
