PQA Portsmouth Opens!

Over 50 children accompanied by parents and friends turned up to the launch of PQA Portsmouth’s morning Academy. The atmosphere was electric with lots of excited faces turning up in anticipation of not knowing what the morning had in store for them! The children aged 6-18 were split into age groups and got to sample classes in PQA’s core modules, Comedy and Drama, Musical Theatre and Film and Television. Children aged 4 and 5 had fun at a Poppets session, specially created for our younger students.

PQA Portsmouth operates out of Trafalgar School on Saturday mornings, with fantastic facilities for the team and students to work in.

Principal Zia Wheeldon said “I am delighted to provide young people with a fantastic performing arts experience, through which students will learn valuable skills for everyday too. I can’t wait to see what the future brings and want to thank everyone for their support at the weekend.

Classes take place on Saturdays from 9:45am. Enrol today!
