Children at Barnsley PQA have enjoyed two master classes in the past term.

The first was with the superb Human Beat box Vid Warren and the second was a “We Will Rock You” musical theatreBeatboxclass with the wonderful Andrew Simeon.

Both sessions were not only great fun, but a chance for all children to learn new skills taught by industry experts. Charity Show PQA will be taking part in a Charity Show on 30 June to raise funds for a local youngster suffering from a rare form of cancer. The performances will be held at the Penistone Paramount Theatre.

PQA Red group student Alicia Townsend has been putting her film and TV skills to good use by producing a film for the British Heart Foundation warning teenagers of the dangers of smoking. We wish her luck with her ongoing project.
