PQA Wolverhampton is a weekend performing arts academy providing classes in comedy, acting, filmmaking, and musical theatre for children, every Saturday, located at Wolverhampton Grammar School.
PQA's weekly main academy sessions for children 6-18, explore:
• Comedy & Drama class: your child will learn creative play, Improv and scriptwriting
• Musical Theatre class: your child will learn to sing, dance and act for theatre
• Film & Television class: your child will start to storyboard, film and act for television
In addition to our main academy, we also have a 90-minute Poppets classes for children aged 4-6 sparking young imaginations through singing, dancing, and acting. Led by Principal Ian and a talented team of teachers, we pour our passion into every session. And we firmly believe that the confidence, resilience, and communication your child gains at PQA will make a lasting impact.
Our team of industry professionals are here to help, guide and nurture your child on whichever path they choose - Comedy and Drama, Musical Theatre or Television and Film.

Hi, my name is Kellie Taylor, and I am delighted to be the Principal of The Pauline Quirke Academy Halifax, Stockport and Harrogate. I have been involved in the arts from a very young age, and when I finished school, I continued my studies in the performing arts.
