Teach at PQA

Teacher Submission

We are looking for creative, inspirational individuals to teach at our performing arts Academies up and down the country.

If you have a background in the performing arts and can inspire and motivate the next generation, we would love to work with you.

Our teachers get to direct or choreograph performances at their Academy, including our very own West End musical at Her Majesty’s Theatre, alongside our Film and TV Teachers who enter Academy films into our National Film competitions and beyond!

We offer great rates of pay for up to 44 weeks a year, creativity over the classes you teach as well as continual professional development, including free CPD training days, to top up your knowledge and expand your skills. We also have online resources created just for our teachers such as tailored lesson plans, assessments, class tools and online training.

We also have a dedicated venue on the Royal Mile at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Academies can bring their older students to perform and teachers can take their own shows to the venue at a discounted rate.

If you are passionate about your craft and working with children and young people, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates have a strong background in performing arts, have experience working with children and young people and have something that little bit extra which makes them stand out from the crowd!

Brilliant, inspiring teachers are our greatest asset. We only work with the best, so if that’s you then please get in touch by completing this form.
