Sharnie Billingsley the Poppets teacher at PQA Solihull shall be leaving us and moving to the sunny climate of Australia. Here is a letter she wrote to all students and parents
As some of you may know, I'm off on an adventure to travel around Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and then Australia.
I'm very sad to be leaving PQA! I remember the first day in September 2012 and it's been amazing to see the progress all the students have made, especially watching my Poppets develop and see some of them move up to Green Group.
Raj, the teachers and assistants are all fantastic and I've loved working with them. Especially Natasha, who has been my assistant from the start and I couldn't of done it without her!
The support from yourselves, the parents, has been great. The Poppets are all a credit to you. Thank you for bringing them each Saturday and then have to put up with their dancing, singing and acting when you get home!
I really will miss coming to PQA on a Saturday and seeing all the Poppets happy faces! I wish everyone all the best and good luck for everything in the future. I'm gutted I won't be here for Shirley Carnival and High School Musical but I know you'll all be amazing!
Sharnie will be greatly missed by all of us at our academy but as we say good bye we also say hello to Lydia who shall be taking over as our new PQA Solihull Poppets teacher.
