PQA Rugby students walk the red carpet

On Sunday 3rd July, over 70 children from PQA Rugby walked down the red carpet before watching themselves on the big screen at Cineworld!

The students have been working on a variety of films since October in preparation for the glitzy cinema screening. The students have worked on all aspects of film making, from the initial ideas, through to developing a script, creating storyboards, acting in the films and working behind the camera.

The students have been lucky enough to not only work with their Film and TV teacher but also professional film companies JAM-AV and TouchType Films. A photographer was present to capture the children’s special moment, and parents were invited to share this memorable event.

The screening finished with a presentation of students Trinity certificates, in which they all passed with distinction and PQA film medals for all of the students.
