FULL-TIME ACADEMY

Full-Time Academy

The Pauline Quirke Full-Time Academy of Performing Arts is our centre for further education, located at PQA Studios in London.

The ethos and vision of the Full-Time Academy is driven by Pauline Quirke’s passionate belief that all students have something to offer, as performers, and as people.

Our team is committed to nurturing and developing creativity and individual performance style, whilst ultimately, encouraging our students to have the confidence to be themselves.

Our teachers have been selected for their considerable professional performing experience and impressive work within performing arts education, to fully meet the needs of our students as they embark on an inspirational journey of vocational training.

Two Year Diplomas in Performing Arts

Our Two-Year Diploma in Performing Arts has been designed to offer our students a constantly evolving experience that mirrors the performing arts industry. This prepares them for the rigorous demands of professional training at the UK's leading conservatoires.

Our course is delivered through practical module-based learning, and equal focus is placed on acting, singing, dance and Film & TV.

The course is continually assessed and monitored through personal mentorship from our core staff and tutors and focuses on individual progress both artistically and pastorally. Significant emphasis is placed on live performance with frequent internal and external performance opportunities during the course.

At the end of the course, students will be awarded an OCR Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma in Performing Arts. This is a level 3 Qualification, equivalent to 3 A-Levels.
