BECOMING A PERFORMING ARTS TEACHER AT PQA

Brilliant. Energetic. Inspirational.

Just three of the (admittedly demanding) qualities we’re looking for in the teachers we want to work with.

At the core of PQA’s philosophy is a belief that our students should enjoy their time with us, build their confidence and self esteem, expand their imaginations and learn valuable life skills. PQA is about fun, not fame.

If you’re a performer or creative with education experience, or work in education with a passion for the Arts we want to hear from you. Operating at the top of your game, you will instill that passion into the hearts and minds of the young people who attend our academies, delivering exciting, fresh lessons devised by our Creative Directors.

We are in the process of opening a nationwide network of academies now and are looking for teachers able to deliver the following disciplines:
Drama & Comedy
Musical Theatre (comprising singing and dance)
Film & Television

The positions are for a minimum of 3 hours on a Saturday or Sunday and many academies will operate for the full day.

In the first instance, please send a CV and covering letter detailing your experience and reasons for wanting to join us to:

The Pauline Quirke Academy
Pinewood Studios
Iver Heath
Buckinghamshire

If you thought you knew weekend drama schools – think again.
