PQA’s core management team is made up of people who work professionally in education, performing arts and the entertainment industry. It means our classes deliver high educational value combined with realistic industry practice and we have access to top professionals who we can bring in to visit the students, help us with course content and advise on the latest approaches.
Your local Academy is not run by a franchisee but by an experienced, dedicated professional who has proven to us that they have the passion, drive and dedication to deliver a really different performing arts education.
All our staff undergo a rigorous recruitment procedure which naturally includes an enhanced CRB check and we have a stringent set of minimum standards that all our teaching staff must reach before they can work for us.
To ensure our staff are always at the top of their game, we conduct regular assessments of their classes and provide them with training in specific areas when necessary. All of this is overseen by our Creative Directors who have considerable experience both in the arts and performing arts education.
Finally, Pauline is actively involved in all aspects of the Academies and lends her considerable experience from many years in the business to our teaching modules as well as making personal visits to the Academies in-between her professional engagements. It is very much her vision and ethos that drives what we do.
