Our Principals and teachers are the lifeblood of PQA and we work very hard to make sure we get the best people on board – brilliant, inspirational individuals who will instill their passion for the performing arts into the hearts and minds of the young people who attend our Academies.

We're very selective when it comes to recruitment, but once we've found you, you will enjoy unparalleled support and training along with a good income and a number of other ‘perks.' We run training events throughout the year, we will shortly be launching our online skills sharing forum and you are only ever a phone call or email away from our Creative Directors who will help and guide you at every opportunity. People who work with us are at the top of their game – and we will work hard to keep you there.
